Returns Policy

 

Returns/Exchanges

We are happy to exchange or provide store credit for items in as-new, unused and original condition within 30 days of receiving the goods. They must be returned in the original packaging, with all tags attached, and in a re-sellable brand-new condition. (Any free promotional gifts received due to the purchase of the returned item/s, must also be returned to receive a store credit). Any marks or damage to the item or the packaging will mean the item will be returned to you, and no store credit or exchange will be given. A $19.99 re-shipping/re-stocking fee applies for exchanges and credits (additional fees may be charged for large, heavy or bulky items). If returning an item, you will need to process contact Customer Service by emailing Support@PSDefence.com. We cannot accept returns after 30 days, except in some cases in which an item is faulty and falls under warranty.

We will accept returns of faulty or defective items if they fall within the warranty period. Customers must contact Public Safety and Defence Consultants Pty Ltd prior to returning such items. If an item is faulty and we cannot supply a replacement or have the item repaired for you, you will be entitled to a refund or store credit. We will not provide a refund if the customer simply changes their mind or the customer finds the same item at lower price elsewhere after the purchase is complete.

Special Orders, Made-to-Order and Custom Orders are subject to our normal warranty process but are not available for exchange, refund or credit.

All returns are subject to assessment. Refunds are at the sole discretion of Public Safety and Defence Consultants Pty Ltd and will only be given for pre-approved requests by emailing Customer Service on Support@PSDefence.com. All items must have been purchased through Public Safety and Defence Consultants Pty Ltd. We will not accept items not purchased from Public Safety and Defence Consultants Pty Ltd. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

 

Damaged Product

If you receive a package with damaged products, please contact Public Safety and Defence Consultants Pty Ltd immediately by email on Support@PSDefence.com. This will allow us to rectify the problem and get you replacement products as soon as possible.

 

Wrong Product

If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact Public Safety and Defence Consultants Pty Ltd immediately by email on Support@PSDefence.com. This will allow us to rectify the problem as soon as possible.

 

Change of Address

The shipping address for your order is shown in the checkout and on your order confirmation and shipping confirmation emails. In the event that an incorrect address was entered, address changes can only made until the order begins processing. Public Safety and Defence Consultants Pty Ltd cannot accommodate all address change requests.

Public Safety and Defence Consultants Pty Ltd takes no responsibility for orders shipped to an incorrect or invalid address and is not liable for any loss associated.

 

Pricing

All listed prices are in Australian Dollars and include Australian GST (Goods and Services Tax) of 10%.
